The Student Grievance Cell is established to address and resolve students’ academic, administrative, and other concerns in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. It provides a safe platform for students to communicate their grievances and seek appropriate solutions.

The Cell handles issues related to academics, examinations, attendance, infrastructure, laboratory and library facilities, hostel, transportation, discipline, and student welfare. Students can submit their grievances through the prescribed online or offline mechanisms.

The Grievance Redressal Committee reviews complaints, verifies the facts, and takes appropriate corrective action while maintaining confidentiality wherever necessary. The Cell also creates awareness among students about their rights, responsibilities, institutional policies, and available support mechanisms.
