Dr.N.Padmavathy is the Dean – School of Arts, Humanities and Management, Jeppiaar University, Chennai, TamilNadu, India. She was the Former HOD, MBA Department, Jeppiaar Engineering College, Chennai, TamilNadu. She has completed M.B.A from St.Mary’s School of Management, affiliated to University of Madras Chennai, TamilNadu. She has completed M.Phil from Alaggapa University, Karikudi. She has completed Ph.D in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She received Best Teacher Award for her excellence in teaching. She received a research grant and seminar grant from Indian Council for Social Science and Research- IMPRESS, New Delhi and from National Commission for Women, New Delhi. She is the Recipient of Best Faculty Award and she has received appreciation merit certificate from Rotary Club of Madras. She was awarded certificate for her outstanding contribution during various community services in District Rotaract/ Rotary Club of Madras activities. She was the nodal officer from Jeppiaar Engineering college in organising Guinness World Record on “Drug Awareness” organised in collaboration with Rotary Club of Madras.

Dr. R. Kandavel, an Associate Professor at the School of Arts, Humanities and Management, Jeppiaar University, Chennai, With a solid foundation of 2 years and 6 months as an HR Executive in the corporate sector, With a commendable track record of more than 8 years in teaching management courses with specialization in HR, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship Development. He Holds a M.B.A., M. Phil., and Ph.D. in Management. He has published 15 articles including Scopus Journals and UGC Care Journals globally and has presented papers in many National and International Conferences. He having authored and Published Books ("Training on Employee Development and Productivity," published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany (ISBN: 978-613-8-39027-5). He has Published a patent titled “Device to track Tax Lien”. He also holds membership in various Professional Bodies. He has attended and also organized more than 15 Seminars, FDP and Workshops. where he invited speakers from esteemed higher educational institutions and the corporate sector. He has been honored by the Best Faculty Award in 2023 from the South India Press Club and the Outstanding Researcher Award in 2020 from the Puducherry Academic Researchers Association (PARA).

கவிஞர் முனைவர் பூ.மு. அன்புசிவா கோவை அரசு கலைக்கல்லூரியில் இளங்கலைபட்டமும், திண்டுக்கல் காந்திகிராமியப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் “மலைவாழ் மக்களின் வாழ்க்கை முறைகள்” என்னும் பொருண்மையில செய்து முதுகலை பட்டமும், கோவை பாரதியார் பல்கலைக் கழகத்தில் “கவிஞர் பழநிபாரதி கவிதைகளில் சமுதாயப் பார்வை” என்னும் பொருண்மையில் ஆய்வு நிகழ்த்தி முதுகலை பட்டமும் பெற்றுள்ளார். தமிழக அரசின் சிறந்த ஆய்வாளர் விருது உட்பட 27 விருதுகளை பெற்றுள்ளார், 30க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நூல்களை எழுதியுள்ளார். நூற்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை எழுதியுள்ளார். தஞ்சைத்தமிழ்ப்பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் “கவிக்கோஅப்துல்ரகுமான் கவிதைகளில் அறிவியல் செய்திகள்” என்னும் பொருண்மையில் ஆய்வு நிகழ்த்தி இளமுனைவர்பட்டமும், “21-ஆம் நூற்றாண்டுப் புதுக்கவிதைகளில் நவீனத்துவப் போக்குகள்” என்னும் தலைப்பில் ஆய்வுமேற்கொண்டு முனைவர்பட்டமும் பெற்றுள்ளார். தற்பொழுது “சென்னை, ஜேப்பியார் பல்கலைக்ழகத்தில்” தமிழ்த்துறைத் தலைவராகப்பணியாற்றி வருகிறார்

Dr. S.S.ONYX NATHANAEL NIRMAL RAJ has completed Ph.D in Business Administration – Commerce (Interdisciplinary) from Madras Christian College, Affiliated to University of Madras, and MBA (Human Resource & Finance) from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering & Technology-Affiliated to Anna University. Apart from holding a Diploma in Computer Application & Tally with 6 years of academic experience, he is presently working as Associate Professor & Research Supervisor in School of Arts, Humanities & Management Studies, Jeppiaar University. He also has 5 years of experience in research and has published papers in various journals, attended International Conferences and presented papers in many countries. He has published 12 BOOKS till date Nationally & Internationally. He has published Patents. He has been the EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBER for 10 International JOURNALS. Dr. M Nagalakshmi is the Associate Professor - School of Arts, Humanities and Management, Jeppiaar University, Chennai. She has published 3 Scopus, 3 UGC Care listed, 2 International and 1 National conference Papers and 1 Book Chapter. She has excellent knowledge in Financial, Management and Cost Accounting and also has intensive knowledge on Tally, Indirect Taxation, SPSS and MS Office Tools. She was actively involved in taking up multiple roles and responsibilities in managing and guiding students. She is currently acting as Exam Cell coordinator and Class Coordinator at SAHM

She completed MBA from COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. Mrs.Vandana M Started her Career As Guest Lecturer At School Of Management Studies, CUSAT. She is Qualified UGC NET in Management And Secured First Rank In MBA From CUSAT. She Also Associated With Central Government And State Government Projects Like, Ddugky And Yuvakeralam Projects. In 2022, She Has Trained Around 100 Candidates As Part Of This Project. She Also Served As Vice Principal for Institute Of Gem And Jewellery, Kerala. She Is Having Professional Membership At Indian Society For Training And Development(ISTD). Her area Of Interests includes, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Tourism And HR

Mr. I. Samuel Das is a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in English at Jeppiaar University, with a teaching career spanning over 7 years. He has a strong academic background, having completed his MA in English from Madras Christian College, Chennai in 2015, and subsequently, his MPhil in English from Vels University, Chennai in 2018. Samuel has also earned an MSW (Master of Social Work) and a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education), further enhancing his versatility and knowledge in the field of education. Right now, he is teaching and pursuing his Ph.D. (part time) at Jeppiaar University, Chennai. Samuel's expertise extends beyond the confines of traditional teaching. His rich experience in the child development field and education equips him with a unique perspective on nurturing young minds. His unwavering commitment to a holistic approach in education sets him apart. Beyond teaching, Samuel is also a multi-faceted professional. He is a content writer, editor, and proof-reader for scholarly articles, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in his field.

He has completed M.Phil from Quaid e milleth college for men, affiliated to University of Madras Chennai, TamilNadu. He is pursuing Ph.D in VELS UNIVERSITY, Chennai. He has published articles in Scopus, journal and Book chapters and in UGC care. He has participated in many National and International conference for the development of Research. He has attended many Workshops. He has been in Rotaract club since 2021 and he has got an award TRIBUTE in pre conference in District Rotaract council 22-23

Ms.Haseena Begum is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Arts, Humanities and Management at Jeppiaar University, Chennai, TamilNadu. She has her Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Anna University and has registered Ph.D. in the School of Arts, Humanities and Management, Jeppiaar university, Chennai, TamilNadu. Ms. Haseena specialises in the field of Marketing and HR. She possess a solid understanding of Consumer Behaviour, Market Research and Competitive Analysis which allows her to identify unique selling propositions and develop strategies to capitalize market opportunities. Her journey in academia is complemented by a keen interest in the dynamic realms of marketing strategy and the creative aspects of user interface design.Previously, she worked asa Product Specialist with a Medical Equipment Supplier Company. She is dedicated to unravelling new dimensions in her areas of expertise. Her other interests are Trading and UI Designing.
